In 2022 Marbella and its adjacent municipalities of Benahavís and Estepona reached a historic record number of sales of 10,288 properties sold in all price categories and property types, but specially in the prime and ultra-prime segment of the market, the latter with properties priced from €10,000/m2 up to €30,000/m2.
These record-breaking number of property sales are a reflection of the unprecedented level of year-round activity. These statistics show all sales, not just those in the luxury end of the market, since the statistics published in Spain unfortunately do not differentiate between sales made in distinct price categories.
