En la d\u00e9cada de 1950, el hijo de Burtt, Bill Clover, ya era un promotor de \u00e9xito en Virginia. Su trabajo sent\u00f3 las bases de lo que pronto ser\u00eda una historia con una gran proyecci\u00f3n internacional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1970: Llegada a Marbella y un nuevo comienzo<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Panorama International Ltd., con sede original en Washington D.C., abri\u00f3 en 1970 una peque\u00f1a pero pionera oficina inmobiliaria en Marbella. M\u00e1s que un simple traslado, fue toda una declaraci\u00f3n de intenciones: Marbella entraba en el mapa mundial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1973\u20131975: Christopher Clover se incorpora y toma las riendas<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>En 1973, un joven Christopher Clover, con amplia experiencia en el mercado inmobiliario internacional, se traslad\u00f3 a Marbella para dirigir la oficina.
