Plut\u00f4t que de construire les milliers de logements que le terrain aurait techniquement pu accueillir, P\u00e9rez Flores a limit\u00e9 le d\u00e9veloppement \u00e0 420 parcelles afin de pr\u00e9server l\u2019intimit\u00e9 et le paysage naturel \u2014 la construction du premier parcours de golf, des routes et des villas a commenc\u00e9 en 1992, et le domaine a ouvert en 1994.
