Tout au long des ann\u00e9es et sp\u00e9cialement durant les derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, de grandes am\u00e9liorations et r\u00e9novations ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Current owners and recent renovations.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Quelques-uns des appartements priv\u00e9s sortent parfois \u00e0 la vente sur le march\u00e9. Dans ce cas, ils sont vendus en un ou deux mois. En tant que propri\u00e9taire au sein du complexe h\u00f4telier, il est possible de profiter des services et installations de 5 \u00e9toiles, tout en \u00e9tant \u00e0 2 ou 3 minutes \u00e0 pied des
