Chronologie du Panorama 1904 – 2024<\/h2>\n\n\n

Depuis 120 ans, Panorama est la pierre angulaire du paysage immobilier de Marbella. Fond\u00e9e en 1904, nous sommes fiers d’\u00eatre la plus ancienne agence immobili\u00e8re en activit\u00e9 dans ce paradis ensoleill\u00e9 de la Costa del Sol. <\/p>\n

Depuis les premiers jours de la transformation de Marbella en une destination de luxe jusqu’\u00e0 l’\u00e8re moderne de l’investissement international, Panorama a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e0 l’avant-garde, guidant ses clients \u00e0 travers toutes les tendances immobili\u00e8res et tous les cycles \u00e9conomiques. B.B. Clover ouvre sa premi\u00e8re agence immobili\u00e8re \u00e0 Chicago sur Evanston Avenue (plus tard au 69 W. Washington Avenue dans le Chicago Title and Trust Building), suivie d’une deuxi\u00e8me agence dans la ville d’Itasca, avec l’intention de faire d’Itasca un endroit o\u00f9 il fait bon construire une maison et jouir d’un style de vie de banlieue confortable.<\/p>\n\n\n

B.B. Clover, l’un des premiers promoteurs de terrains de golf aux \u00c9tats-Unis, a construit un terrain de golf et un clubhouse sur les terres appartenant \u00e0 l’origine au premier colon de la r\u00e9gion d’Itasca. L’Itasca Country Club est encore aujourd’hui l’un des \u00e9tablissements les plus luxueux de la banlieue de Chicago.<\/p>\n\n\n

Le grand plan de B.B. Clover pour d\u00e9velopper Itasca en tant que banlieue glamour de Chicago dans les ann\u00e9es 1920 comprenait la construction d’un beau b\u00e2timent commercial \u00e0 colombages, aujourd’hui un point de rep\u00e8re dans le district historique de la ville.<\/p>\n\n\n

Williston L. Clover s’installe \u00e0 Charlottesville, en Virginie, et devient \u00e9leveur de bovins Black Angus et professeur de tennis \u00e0 l’universit\u00e9 de Virginie. Naissance de Williston H. Clover, le fr\u00e8re a\u00een\u00e9 de Chris.<\/p>\n\n\n

L’entreprise est toujours en activit\u00e9 aujourd’hui, bien qu’elle ait chang\u00e9 de propri\u00e9taire, dans son b\u00e2timent d’origine situ\u00e9 sur la place historique de la ville, Court Square.<\/p>\n\n\n
