Dans les ann\u00e9es 1950, le fils de Burtt, Bill Clover, est d\u00e9j\u00e0 un promoteur \u00e0 succ\u00e8s en Virginie. Ce n\u2019\u00e9tait pas seulement un d\u00e9m\u00e9nagement, mais un v\u00e9ritable signal : Marbella entrait sur la carte du monde.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1973\u20131975 : Christopher Clover rejoint l\u2019entreprise et prend les r\u00eanes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>En 1973, un jeune Christopher Clover, d\u00e9j\u00e0 exp\u00e9riment\u00e9 dans l\u2019immobilier international, s\u2019installe \u00e0 Marbella pour diriger le bureau.
