Na het afronden van zijn universitaire studie reisde Luca vanwege zijn wielercarri\u00e8re 15 jaar de wereld rond, en in 2011 besloot hij zich in Marbella te vestigen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Na 4 jaar ervaring in de vastgoedsector in Marbella, sluit hij zich in 2023 aan bij het team van de Listing Department van Panorama om zijn kennis van de sector in elk specifiek gebied van Marbella en omliggende gebieden in te brengen en, bovenal, gezien zijn topsportersmentaliteit, om zijn kennis van de sector in te brengen een belangrijke stap voorwaarts in zijn professionele carri\u00e8re.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vanuit zijn functie als vastgoedadviseur, gespecialiseerd in aanbiedingen, valt zijn inzet en vermogen om solide relaties op te bouwen met klanten, altijd gebaseerd op eerlijkheid, professionaliteit en vertrouwen, op.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Voor zijn uitstekende prestaties, inzet en professionalisme als recruiter werd Luca begin 2024 gepromoveerd tot Directeur van de Afdeling Lijsten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In de woorden van Luca zelf: \u201cNiets is spannender dan de kans die ik krijg om samen te werken met het grootste makelaarskantoor van Marbella.
