The transaction extended beyond a principal residence in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.panoramamarbella.com\/nl\/gebieden\/marbella-golden-mile\/las-lomas-del-marbella-club\" data-type=\"areas\" data-id=\"40571\">Las Lomas del Marbella Club<\/a> and included several neighbouring properties, making it an unusually complex and large-scale operation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In deze periode was <a href=\"https:\/\/www.panoramamarbella.com\/nl\/over-ons\/team\/christopher-clover\">Christopher Clover<\/a> betrokken bij een zeer belangrijke aankoop die verbonden was aan de Saoedische koninklijke familie. De transactie ging verder dan een hoofdverblijf in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.panoramamarbella.com\/nl\/gebieden\/marbella-golden-mile\/las-lomas-del-marbella-club\">Las Lomas del Marbella Club<\/a> en omvatte ook meerdere naburige woningen, wat het tot een ongewoon complexe en grootschalige operatie maakte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"mkt-link\">Misschien vind je dit interessant: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.panoramamarbella.com\/nl\/over-ons\/marbella-in-de-jaren-70\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"4408\">How Panorama began in Marbella in the 1970&#8217;s<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Meerdere eigenaren samenbrengen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Dankzij zijn diepgaande kennis van de ontwikkeling en zijn rol als exclusieve agent kon hij de verschillende betrokken eigenaren identificeren en de uiteenlopende onderdelen samenbrengen die nodig waren om de deal te sluiten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De transactie vereiste instemming van 14 verschillende eigenaren \u2014 een uitzonderlijk niveau van co\u00f6rdinatie voor een residenti\u00eble aankoop van dit type.<\/p>\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"testimonial bg-secondary bg-opacity-10 text-dark wp-block-acf-blockquote\">\n    <p>\u201c&#8230;we hebben ongelooflijk goed werk geleverd, omdat we 14 verschillende eigenaren bij 6 of 7 verschillende notarissen hebben samengebracht en diezelfde dag alle eigendomsakten hebben getekend&#8230;\u201d<br \/>\n<br \/>\n&#8211; Christopher Clover &#8211;<\/p>\n    \n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Een opmerkelijke afronding<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Een van de meest buitengewone aspecten van de deal was de manier waarop deze werd afgerond. De eigendomsakten werden in \u00e9\u00e9n dag bij zes of zeven notarissen ondertekend, en dit alles zonder voorafgaande aanbetalingen \u2014 iets wat zeer ongebruikelijk is voor een transactie van deze omvang.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Een periode van transformatie in het gebied<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Die fase was ook verbonden met enkele van de meest ingrijpende veranderingen in de omgeving. Christopher Clover herinnert zich dat prins Salman een rol speelde bij belangrijke infrastructuurwerken die hebben geholpen het Marbella te vormen zoals we het vandaag kennen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Infrastructuur die een blijvende indruk achterliet<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Tot de meest opvallende voorbeelden behoorde de brug over de hoofdweg, die nu de noordzijde van de snelweg verbindt met <a href=\"https:\/\/www.panoramamarbella.com\/nl\/gebieden\/marbella-golden-mile\/puente-romano\/marina-puente-romano\">Marina Puente Romano<\/a>, samen met andere verbeteringen die bijdroegen aan de ontwikkeling van het gebied.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Een bepalend onderdeel van Panorama\u2019s geschiedenis<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Als geheel was Las Lomas del Marbella Club een essentieel onderdeel van Panorama\u2019s vroege succes. Het belang ervan lag niet alleen in de kwaliteit van de betrokken woningen, maar ook in de rol die het speelde in enkele van de meest gedenkwaardige en onderscheidende transacties uit de beginjaren van het bedrijf.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Een blijvende nalatenschap<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Meer dan een succesvolle periode was het een vormende periode \u2014 die hielp om Panorama\u2019s
