Their cocktails are clever, the atmosphere is lively and the crowd is effortlessly stylish, it’s also the perfect location for hosting VIP events.

Smack dab in the middle of Old Town, the cute as can be Linda Hotel offers a charming rooftop terrace bar in addition to its alfresco ground café and restaurant. Small and soulful, and kitted out with warm, contemporary decor, the terrace is more about character than crowds. With views over the terracotta rooftops that form Marbella’s heritage, the elevated view in the heart of Old Town is ideal for a romantic evening or a lazy aperitivo in the sun.

Quite conveniently next door to the Linda Hotel, with an almost identical view of Marbella’s rooftops, albeit the picturesque bell tower of the Ermita de Santo Cristina Church with its blue and white tiled roof is at closer range. La Fonda Hotel offers a more refined luxury with history at its core. The in-house Sky Bar is a great place to start the evening, and just across the street, situated in the Plaza del Santo Cristo, you’ll find La Bodega de La Fonda. Their high-end restaurant with a stunningly gorgeous yet cosy converted interior, well worth a visit for its whimsy alone.
