Kevan Martial

Kevan Martial joined Panorama in May 2026 as Listings Coordinator, bringing a strong commercial background and several years of international experience in real estate and sales across France, Canada and Spain.

Most recently, Kevan worked in Marbella’s luxury property market, focusing on listings and property acquisition. During this time, he gained valuable experience in managing owner relationships, generating new listings and working in a highly competitive environment.

Fluent in French, English and Spanish, Kevan brings a dynamic, results-oriented approach, strong communication skills and a good understanding of the luxury real estate sector in Marbella. He is also recognised for his direct and transparent approach, as well as his ability to build trust and long-term relationships with property owners and stakeholders.

Within Panorama’s Listings Department, Kevan plays an important role in supporting the coordination, organisation and preparation of properties for marketing. His responsibilities include assisting with documentation, internal processes and marketing materials, helping to ensure that each property is carefully managed before being brought to market and that Panorama continues to deliver a high standard of service to property owners.
