Strategic Location in Marbella's Golden Mile.

Strategically located on Marbella’s “Designer District”, Design Hills by Dolce & Gabbana is situated on the Istán Road on the Golden Mile, along Las Lomas del Marbella Club, is only within 1-minute drive to the popular Puente Romano Beach Resort and Spa and 2 minutes’ drive to the beach.

Luxurious Living Spaces.

The projected 92 luxury homes in Design Hills Marbella will be distributed on a 90,000-square-meter plot, and will feature between 280 to 900 square meters. Their mission is to make the residences, spread across five buildings surrounded by gardens and infinity pools spanning 500 meters along a hill with an average elevation of 40 meters above sea level, making the views even more desirable.

Each building is designed like a stairway to the Mediterranean, with a white glazed ceramic façade paying homage to local architecture. Early project visuals show that these facades have been meticulously crafted as screens, offering a blend of privacy and thermal comfort.

Masterful Design Elements

One of the highlights of these luxury apartments will be the master bedrooms with walk-in closets and private bathrooms overlooking the sea.

Extensive Amenities.

The list of amenities is extensive: massage and makeup rooms, spacious living and dining areas that open to private outdoor spaces with coastal views, rooftop terraces with pools and sun decks, quarters for staff, entertainment rooms, exclusive home automation systems to keep the residences connected 24/7 to reception and the exclusive hospitality team. Additionally, most residences will have access via private or semi-private elevators.

Collaborative Design Approach

These homes will be furnished with exclusive pieces from the Casa line, featuring a fantasy of colors and prints for fashion enthusiasts. They've also enlisted the help of Fresh Architectures (for the façade), Storage Milano (for interiors), and The One Atelier as the lead design studio.

Unmatched Recreational Facilities.

The residential complex will boast a wide range of services, including paddle tennis courts, a fully equipped fitness center, open-air wooden gym, boxing ring for adults and children, exclusive meditation, yoga and Pilates areas, golf simulators, indoor basketball courts, Marbella's first 5x5 covered artificial turf football field, a spa with a wellness center (sports programs being the latest addition to exclusive accommodations), a water circuit, beauty center, hair salon, and barber shop.

There's also a communal cinema, bar and cocktail area, wine cellar, cigar lounge, private meeting and conference rooms equipped with screens, a library area, and multipurpose rooms for private celebrations and events. And don't forget the dog-walking area with facilities for their care.

The complex, which will occupy a 90,000-square-meter plot, will also host a Pool Club with a large infinity pool overlooking the sea, a heated pool, sun deck with private beds and loungers, and even its own food truck-style ice cream parlor.

The offering will be completed with a commercial boulevard featuring the world's finest international luxury brands as well as signature restaurants.

Prices from €4,795,000 for apartments, €6,950,000 for ground-floor units and €7,700,000 for penthouses, with maybe the possibility of custom-designed penthouses for the most discerning buyers. We will however, have to wait until 2026 for D&G's residences to become a reality on Marbella’s Designer District.

The chosen developer who is also behind the ultra-luxurious villas of Fendi and Karl Lagerfeld in Marbella's Golden Mile, they presented the Design Hills project with the presence of Domenico Dolce and his brother Alfonso Dolce, the CEO of Dolce&Gabbana at La Cabane by D&G, located in the Los Monteros Spa & Golf Resort hotel and run by a collaboration between the internationally renowned chef Dani Garcia and the Grupo Mosh.

Italian Craftsmanship.

As ambassadors of Italian craftsmanship, D&G is committed to ensuring that this project reflects their commitment to quality. Domenico Dolce personally supervises every detail, from material selection to the first images of the residences that are made public and the names that will identify the buildings in the complex, which are yet to be decided but intended to be meaningful within the Marbella context.

Choice of Marbella.

So, why did they choose Marbella as the destination for flagship development? The coastal town has become the premier residential destination in the Mediterranean, with its sun, beaches, people, and vibrant atmosphere, all of which have convinced D&G to set their sights here. Additionally, their partnership with the local high end developer Sierra Blanca Estates, characterized as "family to family" by Alfonso Dolce, adds to the appeal. Fedele Usai, D&G's marketing chief, also emphasized the credibility of the Spanish developer as crucial to the project's success.
