Alfonso Muñoz

Born in Málaga, Alfonso Muñoz has been connected to the world of real estate and construction from an early age. His father was a highly respected foreman who contributed to the construction of many emblematic buildings in Marbella and the surrounding area, giving Alfonso an early appreciation for the industry and for the dedication behind exceptional projects.

Alfonso joined Panorama in 2008, initially supporting the Administration and Listings departments. His outstanding organisational skills, efficiency and natural ability to coordinate people and processes quickly became apparent, and he was soon appointed Sales Coordinator.

In this role, Alfonso became a central figure within Panorama’s sales operation. He was responsible for liaising with clients, maintaining detailed records of correspondence and coordinating the allocation of enquiries across the sales team. Over the years, he also developed an exceptional knowledge of Panorama’s property portfolio and internal operations.

As part of his continued commitment to professional excellence and ethical standards, Alfonso successfully completed the required examinations and case studies to become an AssocRICS member in 2022.

In September 2026, Alfonso was appointed Chief Operating Officer (COO) and joined Panorama’s Board of Directors. The appointment reflects years of exceptional service to the company and recognises his extensive operational knowledge, leadership, dependability and strong identification with Panorama’s values.

Throughout his career at Panorama, Alfonso has distinguished himself through his professionalism, integrity and genuine commitment to both the company and its clients. His progression from a support role to COO and Board member is a testament to the trust he has earned and the important contribution he continues to make to the organisation.
