Little-known corner of Marbella is getting a luxury makeover with several major projects set to reshape the Costa del Sol coastline

Christopher Clover of Panorama reported that Marbella East is drawing renewed investment through planned resort and hospitality projects, including Las Dunas in Las Chapas, Four Seasons Marbella in Río Real, Higuerón Marbella Golf Resort, Don Carlos, Kimpton Los Monteros and Incosol. He said the area remains more accessible than other prime districts as international visibility continues to grow over time.
