Panorama, Marbella’s longest-established luxury real estate agency, has been named Best Real Estate Agency in Spain at the European Property Awards 2026–2027, in the 2 to 4 Offices category. It is the agency’s fourth win, following three consecutive titles in the Single Office category.

The award was presented in London on 22 October 2026 at the Royal Lancaster Hotel, where leading companies from across the property, architecture, design and development sectors gathered for this year’s European Property Awards.
The European Property Awards are part of the International Property Awards, organised by International Property & Travel. Within each country and category, the awards can name several Award Winners, but only one entry receives the Five-Star distinction. For 2026–2027, Panorama achieved that level as Best Real Estate Agency in Spain in the 2 to 4 Offices category, the highest national distinction in that category. The results are published on the International Property Awards’ official winners list.
Entries are assessed by an international panel of more than 100 independent judges, with each entry allocated to judges according to their areas of expertise. The International Property Awards have been running since 1993 and today cover real estate, development, architecture and interior design across regions around the world.

As a Five-Star winner, Panorama has been nominated for Best Real Estate Agency in Europe in the same category.
The nominations were presented at the gala dinner in London that evening, and Panorama now goes forward to compete with leading agencies from across Europe.
The European winners will be announced at the International Property Awards final at The Savoy, London, on 22 January 2027, where the regional and international winners from around the world are revealed.
We’ll update this post when the results are in.
Panorama previously won Best Real Estate Agency in Spain for three consecutive editions, 2019–2020, 2020–2021 and 2021–2022, competing at the time in the Single Office category. The 2026–2027 award, Panorama’s first in the 2 to 4 Offices category, makes it Best Real Estate Agency in Spain in its category for the fourth time.
“This award belongs to our whole team: sales, listings, rentals, administration, marketing and client services, and to the clients, property owners and partner agencies who continue to place their trust in us,” said Christopher Clover, Managing Director and Chairman of Panorama. “Those longstanding relationships, built on care and professionalism, are what we are proudest of.”

Christopher Clover was also one of only four nominees for the Real Estate Leadership award at the International Property Awards, announced at the gala dinner that evening, as reported by Málaga business magazine Vida Económica.
His leadership has been recognised many times before: most recently, in 2024, he received CIT Marbella’s Business Leadership Award — Marbella’s highest business accolade — and in 2015 he was elected a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors via the eminent route, in recognition of his outstanding contribution to the profession.
Puente Romano Real Estate, operated by Panorama, won Best Real Estate Agency Website in Spain 2026–2027, a second Five-Star award for Panorama at this year’s awards.
Puente Romano Real Estate is the official on-resort agency for Puente Romano Marbella and Nobu Marbella. Panorama runs it as a joint venture with the two hotels, from its own office at the Puente Romano reception. Its website, puenteromanorealestate.com, was designed as a sister site to the resort’s own and showcases a carefully selected portfolio of luxury properties around Puente Romano and across Marbella’s most desirable neighbourhoods.
“A website is often a buyer’s first impression of an agency, so Puente Romano Real Estate’s site has to live up to the resort it serves,” said Christopher Clover.
“To see it named Best Real Estate Agency Website in Spain is a great credit to our team and our partnership with one of the most extraordinary hotels in the world.”
Both of Panorama’s offices are on the Golden Mile, at Puente Romano and opposite the Marbella Club Hotel, in the heart of Marbella’s most sought-after luxury real estate market. The flagship office inside the Puente Romano resort was inaugurated by the Mayor of Marbella in December 2020. From these two offices, Panorama sells villas and apartments across Marbella’s best residential areas.
Through Puente Romano Real Estate, Panorama also runs the resort’s official agency, and it manages and distributes the Puente Romano Real Estate magazine, placed in every hotel room in the resort.
Over the decades, Panorama has handled the sale of many of Marbella’s most luxurious and significant residential properties, including an ultra-luxury Golden Mile home that won the REAS Biggest Sale of the Year award in 2016. In keeping with its longstanding commitment to discretion and client privacy, Panorama does not publish the number or value of its sales.
Since 2015, Panorama has been regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, and it is the only residential estate agency based in Marbella to be RICS-regulated.
Awards like this are never the work of one person. They reflect the efforts of the whole team across sales, listings, rentals, administration, marketing and client services, as well as the trust of the clients, property owners and partners who have worked with Panorama over the years.
A heartfelt thank you to every member of the Panorama team for the care, professionalism and commitment you bring every day, and to our clients and partners for continuing to place their trust in us.

Panorama has been part of the foundation of Marbella’s property story since 1970, and is the city’s longest-established real estate agency. Fifty-six years later, it remains independent and family-owned, with a focus on prime and luxury property in Marbella.
A great deal has changed in that time, from the way homes are marketed to the people buying them. What remains constant is the value placed on local knowledge, professional advice and long-term relationships with our clients.
This latest European Property Award is a welcome recognition of those values, and of the team behind them.
Here are some of the awards Panorama has received over the years. You’ll find the full list on our accreditations and awards page.
