Securing the exclusive agency for Las Lomas del Marbella Club represented far more than a commercial opportunity. It positioned Panorama at the heart of one of Marbella’s most distinguished residential enclaves, at a time when the area was beginning to establish itself as one of the Costa del Sol’s most desirable addresses.
With this privileged position, Panorama was able to take part in major transactions and build relationships with owners and buyers connected to one of Marbella’s most prestigious developments.

During this period, Christopher Clover was involved in a highly significant acquisition linked to the Saudi royal family. The transaction extended beyond a principal residence in Las Lomas del Marbella Club and included several neighbouring properties, making it an unusually complex and large-scale operation.

Thanks to his in-depth knowledge of the development and his role as exclusive agent, he was able to identify the various owners involved and assemble the different elements needed to complete the deal.
The transaction required agreement from 14 different owners — an exceptional level of coordination for a residential acquisition of this kind.

One of the most extraordinary aspects of the deal was the way it was completed. The title deeds were signed before six or seven notaries in a single day, and all of it was done without prior deposits — something highly unusual for a transaction of such scale.
That stage was also connected to some of the most significant changes in the surrounding area. Christopher Clover recalls that Prince Salman played a role in key infrastructure works that helped shape the Marbella known today.
Among the most notable examples was the bridge over the main road, which now links the north side of the motorway with Marina Puente Romano, along with other improvements that contributed to the area’s development.
Taken as a whole, Las Lomas del Marbella Club was an essential part of Panorama’s early success. Its importance lay not only in the calibre of the properties involved, but also in the role it played in some of the company’s most memorable and distinctive early transactions.
More than a successful period, it was a formative one — helping to strengthen Panorama’s presence in Marbella and reinforcing its connection to some of the area’s most important residential developments.
