Panorama Properties tops AI recommendations for Marbella real estate
Panorama Properties has ranked Nº1 in the first Marbella AI Visibility Index, based on thousands of AI-generated property searches and agency recommendations.
Panorama Properties has the strongest overall visibility when leading AI platforms recommend estate agencies in Marbella.
A published independent report has ranked Panorama Properties the top real estate agency in searches and recommendations relating to Marbella property, recorded across four leading AI platforms.
The study recorded 3,892 AI responses using 20 property-related questions in eight languages, using ChatGPT, Google AI Mode, Gemini and Claude to analyse which Marbella estate agencies appeared in recommendations and property searches.
Panorama Properties ranked Nº1 overall, leading in five of the eight languages tested: English, German, French, Dutch and Danish. It was also one of only two agencies to remain in the top five across all eight languages.
The results highlight Panorama’s strong market presence, international reach and relevance to the questions today’s property buyers are asking.

Who AI recommends when buyers ask about Marbella
Buyers ask ChatGPT which estate agent to use, and they type their property searches into it too. Over one week in August we put both kinds of question to four AI assistants about Marbella, in the eight languages its buyers speak, from “which agency should I use” to “villas for sale in Marbella”, and recorded every agency the answers named. Each name was checked against a real trading company.

Panorama is not only being recommended by AI assistants. Its website is also one of the sources they turn to when answering buyers’ questions about Marbella property.
On the 11 agency and property-search questions used for the ranking, panoramamarbella.com was the most consulted estate-agency website, with 332 citations.
The report reflects a change in the way property buyers are searching for information.
Alongside traditional search engines and property portals, buyers are now asking AI assistants which agencies to use, searching conversationally for properties such as “villas for sale in Marbella”, and using them to understand the buying process.
As Marbella’s longest-established real estate agency, Panorama has been part of the local property market since 1970. Today, its Nº1 position in the AI visibility report reflects how that long-standing reputation continues into a new era of real estate, with Panorama emerging as the top-ranked agency overall in AI recommendations for international buyers exploring Marbella property, including luxury homes and villas.
