The unveiling of Panorama’s newly-refurbished flagship premises at Puente Romano marked a fitting moment in the company's half-century in Marbella.
On 11 December 2020, the Mayor of Marbella, Ángeles Muñoz, formally inaugurated the office, recognising continuous operation since 1970 and the company’s role in shaping the modern prime real estate market along the Golden Mile.

Design, craft and technology
Conceived as a calm, contemporary salon for serious property discussions, the office was designed by Jean Pierre Martel - the same luxury designer behind many of the iconic spaces in the Puente Romano Marbella and Nobu Marbella hotels. The project was executed to exacting standards by AM Construcciones. The project was executed under the guidance of Alex Clover. Technology is woven discreetly through the experience: retail-grade digital window cards present listings and market intelligence and refresh every few seconds - the only real estate agency in Marbella to deploy this format.
At the heart of the office, a one-of-a-kind, eight-metre, backlit mural of the Marbella coastline - crafted from more a bespoke project featuring more than eighty stitched aerial photographs - serves as both artwork and orientation, anchoring conversations on location, topography and views.

Strategic locations in the heart of the ultra-prime area of Marbella
The Puente Romano flagship office, located just next to the Nobu Marbella reception, provides both on-resort and street-front access for hotel guests, long-standing local clients and international visitors, and is complemented by a second Panorama office opposite the Marbella Club Hotel.
The intention is practical as much as presentational: a setting appropriate to the level of properties handled, a private meeting space for complex transactions, immediate access for qualified enquiries, and a governance-first approach - independently owned and RICS-regulated - aligned with standards expected by private families, family offices and institutions active in prime European markets.
