The site is a fully-zoned tract of land measuring some 320,000 m² located just east of the city centre, and to the west of the Torre Real neighbourhood. All roads and services are already installed, and the site is located on both sides of the road.

The developers are a consortium formed by Miami-based developers Fort Partners, the Belgian property development company Immobel and the Villa Padierna Group, led by Ricardo Arranz de Miguel.

The development is set to include a Four Seasons hotel with approximately 120 keys, comprising 80 guest rooms and 40 suites, together with a preliminary collection of around 32 branded residences associated with the hotel, although the final number remains subject to ongoing design review. In addition to the hotel accommodation, these residences are expected to form part of the hotel’s rental programme, with owners placing them under Four Seasons management for rental purposes. Owners will nonetheless retain the right to enjoy their residence for up to 60 days per year, thus combining private use with the advantages of a professionally managed luxury hospitality offering.
